If you’re looking to get your office carpets cleaned, or maybe you want to get your whole house cleaned, you’re probably going to wonder how much you’re going to pay for the overall procedure. Since every situation is different, I’m going to try my best on giving you the best advice, when it comes down to getting estimates for your home.

First, let’s take a look at the factors, when it comes down to the pricing:

Are you a first time customer? With many businesses out there, you’re going to find that first time customers are going to get benefits, and perks. Some will throw in free rooms, while others will give you a discount. Take advantage of this, if you’re a first time customer.
How many rooms? Obviously, the more rooms you do, the more you’re going to have to pay.
Any furniture? If you want the furniture cleaned, or you want the carpet underneath cleaned, some companies may charge you to move the furniture around.
Square Footage: The size of your house will vary as well. The bigger you house is, the more you’re going to have to pay for cleaning it.

Looking at the average prices:

What it is going to come down to is the company itself. You will find that some places will charge you by a standard room size. I’ve seen it as much as a few hundred to $50, or so. You will find that the average price of carpet cleaning per square foot is around.35 to.45. Again, this is going to vary as well.

How you can save on money:

To save on money, compare advertisements, as well as take advantage of specials. Many companies will do a whole room special, where it won’t cost you that much at all. As long as you compare a few different places, you will find that you will find a place that hopefully fits within your budget.
